Deleting your account
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account is different from cancelling a subscription. Once processed, your account, your data, and any active subscription are gone for good - there's no way to reverse it or recover what's lost.
Just want to stop being billed? You don't need to delete your account - cancel your subscription instead. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

What happens when you delete your account:
- Any active subscription is cancelled immediately - including unused time, with no refund.
- All your personal data, scores, and progress are permanently erased.
- You lose access immediately and can't log back in with this email.
