Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Here's how it works.
How billing works
- All subscriptions begin with a 7-day trial period for $1.00 (section 6.1).
- When the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the plan you selected at checkout.
Your subscription details
The welcome email sent at sign-up includes your subscription terms and conditions, information about upcoming charges, the trial period duration, the post-trial subscription rate and the cancellation instructions.
How renewal works
Your subscription renews automatically to maintain uninterrupted access to all premium features (section 6.4). The renewal process (section 6.3) includes:
- Automatic billing on your subscription renewal date
- Price lock guarantee for existing subscribers
- Renewal at your current subscription rate
Important to know
To avoid future charges, cancel before your renewal date. As stated in section 7.3 of our Terms & Conditions, no refunds are issued for partial or unused subscription periods after a renewal.
How to stop the renewal
Cancel any time before your renewal date using our Cancellation Portal - it takes less than a minute. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
